Rodeson Ferrer Philanthropy Initiative (RFPI) is a non‑profit, charity‑style humanitarian association established in late December 2025 by Rodeson Ferrer. The initiative focuses on delivering humanitarian assistance to communities affected by natural disasters in both the Philippines and New Zealand.

RFPI operates independently from Zealandia Creations Association. While ZCA provides support to the initiative, RFPI is not owned, administered, or legally governed by the organisation. 

As a newly formed association, RFPI is not currently registered or formally recognised by the New Zealand Companies Office or any Philippine government agency. Despite this, the initiative continues to carry out community‑focused humanitarian activities funded primarily through Rodeson Ferrer’s music performances and philanthropic efforts.

The Rodeson Ferrer Philanthropy Initiative was launched after Rodeson Ferrer envisioned creating a humanitarian association dedicated to supporting people affected by natural disasters around the world. 

In 2025, Ferrer began fundraising through live busking performances to assist communities impacted by severe flooding and earthquakes in Cebu. With the help of supporters, he raised approximately ₱3,000 PHP, which was donated to a private community organisation in Cebu City. This partnership enabled Ferrer to help distribute food to around 60 Filipinos during Christmas 2025. 

These early efforts formed the foundation of RFPI’s mission: using musical performance‑powered philanthropy to provide humanitarian aid to vulnerable communities in both the Philippines and New Zealand.

As of now, yes, the RFPI is based only in New Zealand and the Philippines, but is willing to expand to more nations worldwide—with Asia, North America, and Oceania as the main priorities.

Since its launch, the Rodeson Ferrer Philanthropy Initiative has achieved several successful fundraising milestones in response to natural disasters. Two of the most significant early efforts include:

• Raising NZD $89.10 (₱3,000 PHP) on 25 December 2025 to support communities affected by severe flooding in the Philippines, and

• Raising NZD $715.30 on 31 January 2026 to assist families impacted by the landslides in Mount Maunganui and Welcome Bay, New Zealand.

The Rodeson Ferrer Philanthropy Initiative has launched a new humanitarian programme providing elementary school children in the provinces of the Philippines with lunchboxes, water bottles, food, and essential stationery. With 20 pairs of lunchboxes and water bottles already prepared and additional supplies on standby, RFPI aims to reach at least 30 pairs along with a substantial stock of food and stationery by the end of the initiative.

Supporters may currently provide voluntary financial contributions directly to Rodeson Ferrer to assist the humanitarian activities of the Rodeson Ferrer Philanthropy Initiative, as RFPI operates as an unregistered community‑based association. All contributions are received and used transparently for humanitarian purposes (unless otherwise stated), without being represented as donations to a registered charity, ensuring full compliance with New Zealand and Philippine regulatory requirements.
